NP Plastics is delighted to report that it has once again gained ISO 9001 certification for quality management systems. The accreditation demonstrates the company’s ability to consistently meet customer expectations and drive standards for excellent service delivery.

Piet de Groot of NP Plastics says, “We are proud to have the official confirmation again that NP Plastics works according to the standard”. NP Plastics came through the audit, which was carried out by the independently accredited certifying institution TÜV Nederland, with flying colors.

ISO 9001:2015 is the international standard for quality management systems. The most important business processes are identified, defined and anchored within the company on the basis of this standard. The audit serves to confirm that these processes are set up correctly and are being carried out properly.
The quality system is based on the principle of ‘continuous improvement’ based on the PDCA, or Plan-Do-Check-Act, model. ISO 9001 offers customers the assurance that NP Plastics complies with all legislation, regulations and international requirements in the field of quality management and has implemented these optimally in its policies and processes. Retaining accreditation recognizes the company’s efforts and commitment to taking its technical and business activities to the next level.
