And our services don’t stop after the product has been molded: customers can rely on us for assembly work, which is carried out in house or by an external partner; inventory management and logistics solutions. We are also highly experienced in oft-requested post-processing applications, including pad printing, chrome plating and metal overmolding.
Custom-molded products are delivered to customers throughout the Benelux, Germany, Austria, Scandinavia and North America.
Additive manufacturing
A technology that has been around for over 30 years, but that is only now starting to gain traction in the manufacturing industry is Additive Manufacturing – also known as rapid prototyping, rapid manufacturing or 3D printing.
Initially, this was mainly used for one-off prototypes. Now, however, this technology has earned a more permanent role within the plastics industry. Today, 3D printers are being integrated into the manufacturing process – and even being used for low-volume, customized production runs.
In some cases, the shorter lead time from design to production – after all, there is no need to manufacture a mold – can provide a significant advantage, including lower start-up costs and the truly endless possibilities to produce personalized parts on a large scale.
NP Plastics offers guidance and support in the development of short run, small batch custom manufacturing of new products, and prototyping by means of 3D printing. To this end, we work together with specialists, who use different technologies, such as SLS, SLA and FDM. Various resins are employed, including PLA, PA, ABS, PET, PETG etc.

Assembly
Complementary to our manufacturing processes, we also offer post-processing sub-assembly and full assembly services. These services are provided by us in house or in collaboration with external partners. All products are subject to stringent quality control procedures prior to shipping.
We are also highly experienced in the various post-processing applications, including insert molding services, machining, chrome plating and printing.
We have the resources available to supply a complete finished product, including all post processing and decorative processes, that is fully assembled, professionally packaged and ready for use.
